- To respond promply to any legitimate service call without charge to
our customers.
- To replace all filters as required, at no charge to our customers.
- If the company cannot solve any service issues within three business
days from the date of the initial service call, the company will provide
a new machine at no cost to the customer.
- To provide superior service by utilizing only highly trained personnel.
- Maintain adequate insurance to protect our customers from any claims
relating to the equipment or its use that are the responsibility of
Master's Srevices or its products.
- In the event that any disputes arise during the term of the rental
agreement that cannot be reasonably settled by both parties, Master's
Services agrees to accept as a final resolution, binding
arbitration by the Better Business Bureau.
