During the Lifetime of the rental agreement, Master's Services makes the following guarantees to our customers:
  1. To respond promply to any legitimate service call without charge to our customers.
  2. To replace all filters as required, at no charge to our customers.
  3. If the company cannot solve any service issues within three business days from the date of the initial service call, the company will provide a new machine at no cost to the customer.
  4. To provide superior service by utilizing only highly trained personnel.
  5. Maintain adequate insurance to protect our customers from any claims relating to the equipment or its use that are the responsibility of Master's Srevices or its products.
  6. In the event that any disputes arise during the term of the rental agreement that cannot be reasonably settled by both parties, Master's Services agrees to accept as a final resolution, binding arbitration by the Better Business Bureau.
